In DEVI School, the dorm is more than just a place to sleep—it is home. The staff who care for the students take on the role of parents, providing guidance, support, and a nurturing environment.

Our goal is to create the safest, most loving, and most supportive space possible

When children leave home for extended periods, the transition should be smooth and bright. At our boarding school, the dorm serves as a second home, where students feel secure and valued. We foster strong, respectful relationships between students and staff, encouraging a sense of family where everyone is included and supported.

Each dorm is intended to be a calm and secure retreat where students can unwind after a busy school day. Their happiness and well-being are our top priorities, and any instances of bullying will be addressed swiftly and decisively.

Every student will have a dedicated dorm “Auntie” or “Uncle”—a trusted caregiver who forms a strong, parental bond with them. Dorm staff are responsible for students’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and will receive ongoing training throughout the year to ensure they are fully supported in their roles. Beyond the dorm staff, students will also form meaningful relationships with all adults who work in the family setting of the school.

Education thrives on a foundation of happiness and confidence, and that foundation begins in the dorms—the heart of the DEVI School experience.
